One Mosquito XXX/AIX/Monica V111, F/O Walton (P) and F/O Elliott (N) airborne Castle Camps 0449 hours crossing out Aldeburgh 0500 hours and at 0520 hours A.I. and Monica went u/s so set course for base coming in Aldeburgh 0540 and landed at base 0605 hours. Abortive.
HIGH LEVEL PATROL – 52°10’ N. 07°38’ E.
One Mosquito XXX/AIX/Monica V111, F/L Kobierski (P) and F/Sgt. Smith
(N) airborne Caste Camps 0442 hours crossing out Aldeburgh 0450 hours
and in at Zandvoort 0524 hours arriving on patrol 0545 hours until 0630
hours. Saw blaze over target area, otherwise uneventful. Out at
Zandvoort 0700 hours and in Claeton 0730 hours landing at base 0745

One Mosquito to XXX/AIX/Monica V11. W/O Steinke And F/O Trzaskowski
(N) airborne Castle Camps 0450 hours. Crossed out Aldeburgh 0502 hours
and in at Noordwijerhout 0655 and on patrol at 0548 hours until 0628
hours. Out again 5 miles North of Noordwijerhout 0655 hours and in at
Aldeburgh 0718 hours, landing at base 0748 hours after uneventful
patrol. Target indicators were seen at Krefeld.
HIGH LEVEL PATROL – 52°00’ N. 06°52’ E.
One Mosquito XXX/AIX/Monica V111. F/O Krahelski (P) and Sgt. Baranowski
(N) airborne 0452 hours Castle Camps crossing out Leisten 0508 hours and
in enemy coast at Egmond arriving on target 0545 hours until 0630 hours
– uneventful except for flames of targets. Crossed out Egmond (10
miles north) 0658 hours and in Cromor 0715 hours landing at base 0750
